Going to Moalboal Cebu Philippines
2 and a half hours from Cebu City. If you are already in the town Moalboal you can ride trycicle in 10 minutes going to Panagsama Beach Resort. From Mactan International Airport take a taxi to the south bus terminal in 20 minutes or you can ride a taxi directly from the Airport to Moalboal.
